Where does the fair take place?

The Work and Career Fair takes place online on this very website, so you can take part from anywhere. Employers and schools have their own virtual fair booths that await your visit regardless of the time of day and the various individual and group meetings with specialists offered at the virtual fair take place during the workday.

Do I need to register to attend the fair?

No, you do not need to register to participate and all activities are free of charge for everyone. Registration is only required for the following activities due to the limited number of spots:

  • workshops;
  • career counselling;
  • preparing for a school or job interview;
  • editing application documents.
Are the workshops recorded?

No, the workshops are not recorded and cannot be reviewed later. If you would like to participate in a workshop you are interested in, you will need to register in advance. Registration starts on 9 April and places are limited. If you are keen to attend a workshop, please sign up for the newsletter to be among the first to see the workshops and register.

How can I participate in a workshop or meet a career specialist?

If you would like to participate, you will need to book an appointment in advance. You can do this conveniently on the dedicated service on this website from 9 April. You will receive an automatic notification to your email address confirming your registration. We will be using Microsoft Teams for the online meeting and a camera and microphone are essential. You can also take part in the career counselling by phone if you wish.

When can I access job vacancies?

Job vacancies will open on the first day of the fair, 16 April. Job vacancies will be available all over Estonia and you can contact employers here on the same website. If you want to be among the first to see the vacancies, subscribe to the newsletter so you can find the best job for you.

What schools can I check out at the fair?

Estonian vocational education institutions and higher education institutions will be presenting their opportunities at the fair from 16 April.

How do I contact employers?

You can send your application and documents to many employers here on the same website. When you find a job advertisement that suits you, check if there is a form to fill in immediately. Some employers, however, prefer you to send everything you need by e-mail.
