The Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund's virtual Job and Career Fair is back for its ninth time. Over the years, both the opportunities and the reach of the fair have expanded - in spring 2024, more than 45 000 visitors took part. It's the big event of the year, and you have the chance to be in the picture! Together with us, you can showcase your institution to tens of thousands of people looking for new challenges in education or work.
Registration to participate as an exhibitor starts on 3rd of March and lasts until 28th of March.

Are you an employer?
In addition to announcing job vacancies, the fair is a good opportunity for you to introduce your company and opportunities to work there. That way, you can fill vacant positions with suitable employees. Design a unique virtual fair booth where you:
- Highlight job and internship offers;
- Are available for interested people to reach out to using a convenient chat room to answer questions;
- Organise online meetings and conduct job interviews;
- Invite people to get to know the company by participating in a virtual house tour or through photos/videos.
NB! Employers participating in the fair must have at least one job offer added to the unemployment fund portal (www.tootukassa.ee).
Choose a combination of the above that suits you or organise something completely new! It is very easy to participate – just fill out the registration form below. Throughout the process, you will be supported by the Unemployment Insurance Fund and the OnlineExpo team in technical matters and other relevant questions.

The virtual job and career fair provides an opportunity to reach thousands of people all over Estonia with your job offers and employer introduction. You can create a fair stand just for you. The number of visitors to the fair has been increasing year on year and last year more than 45 000 people visited the fair. The most visited pages were the employers' stands and job offers.
Participation is free for all employers!
To participate in the fair, you must first fill in the registration form on this page. You will then have the opportunity to create an exhibition list with information about the employer and job and traineeship offers.
Participation is free of charge.
The deadline for registration is 28 of March 2025.
Employers' stands must be ready by 4 of April.
Information on employers and job vacancies will be made public on the opening day of the fair, 8 April. The names of the participating employers will be made public a week earlier, on 31 of March.
To be eligible to participate in the fair, employers must have at least 1 job or traineeship offer on the fair's website during the fair (8-10 April 2025).
The Jobs and Careers Fair is an opportunity for employers to showcase themselves and their job opportunities. To arrange a presentation, please let us know on the registration form when you register for the fair. Once you have registered, we will contact the contact person ourselves to arrange further details. In case of interest after registration, please contact toomess@tootukassa.ee.
NB! The virtual employer presentation will take place in the Teams environment.
Yes, if you have taken part in the Jobs and Careers Fair, the stand you created will still be there and you can use it this year. First register for the fair via the registration form, and then you will be able to access the stand you created in previous years.
You will be supported in creating your exhibition stand by the Unemployment Insurance Fund's employer consultant and the OnlineExpo team, which manages the exhibition platform. You can also get support from the video tutorials on this page
